How we use your information

What you share

The interest form collects your email, where you are in your plans, the help you’re interested in, and any optional details you provide. Please don’t include bank details, identity documents, or sensitive financial information.

Why we collect it

Hiro and Spencer use responses to understand what people want from Tatami Key and may contact you about your interest when you give permission. Completing the form does not subscribe you to a separate newsletter or commit you to buying a service.

Where you found us

We keep the first page you visited during this browsing session, the page where you opened the form, and limited campaign labels if you arrived through a tagged link. If you click a destination card, we record that context separately from the region you choose. These details help us understand which guides and channels bring relevant enquiries.

This source information is held in your browser’s session storage and sent with your form response. We do not store full browsing histories or arbitrary URL query strings. The form still works if session storage is unavailable.

Storage and access

Responses are stored in our application database and accessed privately by the team operating Tatami Key. The website and database hosting providers process that information to run the service. Responses are not displayed publicly. If you submit again, we keep the new response as well so we can understand your updated plans.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank. To opt out of follow-up or ask us to remove a response, reply to any email from us or submit the interest form using the same email address with “Remove my response” or “Do not contact me” in the question field. We may confirm that the request came from you before deleting information.

We keep responses for the interest-research process and associated follow-up. We review them after 12 months and delete or anonymise information no longer needed, unless you have asked us to continue the conversation.
